We’ll look at how to build secure routines, reduce worry, and support your child to take small, manageable steps towards independence.
- Sleep 2 session course – This course is designed for parents who have already taken part in other sleep support sessions and would like further guidance tailored to their child’s needs. Over two focused sessions, we’ll build on the knowledge you already have and explore practical ways to tackle ongoing or more complex sleep difficulties. Together, we’ll look at how to fine-tune routines, respond to setbacks, understand your child’s sleep patterns, and create an approach that works for your whole family.
- Calm and Create parent and child art course – Together, you and your child will learn different art techniques such as batik and clay moulding. This is aimed to support your wellbeing and build relationships with each other in a calm and fun environment.
